Our Story & Mission
A COMMUNITY BORN OUT OF A REAL VOID
A lot of people know me as a husband, coach, and athlete. While all those experiences shaped me, nothing prepared me for the actual responsibility of guiding my four beautiful daughters. I also realized I wasn't the only dad looking for help. Girl Dads United™ (GDU™) didn't start in a corporate boardroom; it was born because I discovered there simply weren't enough raw, active, and accessible resources designed to help everyday fathers connect with and guide their girls through the critical stages of life.
FLIPPING THE SCRIPT
This mission hits incredibly close to home for me. My biological father was an awful person who treated my family poorly. Growing up without a positive male role model showed me firsthand the devastating, lasting impact that toxic fatherhood has on a family. A daughter’s self-worth is heavily shaped by the example her father sets, and without a strong foundation at home, the cycle repeats.
ATTACKING FROM BOTH SIDES
To truly support the father-daughter connection, we have to attack it from both sides. We use our digital platforms to connect fathers with everyday tools through curated resources, while dedicating 5% of our net profits to fund the emotional healing of daughters through specialized nonprofit networks.
UNAVOIDABLE PRESENCE — Showing up isn't optional. Whether on the sidelines, at the dinner table, or through life’s biggest milestones, we are actively engaged in shaping our daughters’ confidence and future.
LEGACY OVER EVERYTHING — We don't just build for today; we build for tomorrow. The values, strength, and memories we instill in our daughters will echo through generations.
OUR COMMITMENT — Taking personal responsibility to ensure that the mistakes of past generations stop with us.
